What is happening with the weather system?!
On Saturday, Scooter and I had a lovely day pottering about in the garden and digging up borders and the like. Saturday night the special man and I sat outside looking at my handy work.
Sunday we woke up and it is like being in another place! Rain, then more rain and finally some more rain.
The good news was that it was the prefect excuse to laze about all day and do nothing.
The bad news is that we did nothing to get the van ready to go away this Friday!!! It has been stored up all winter so it needs a good airing, a good clean and all the rubbish removed!!!
I am hoping to get the van done on Wednesday afternoon, but the chances of getting the time off are looking slim. This may mean an emergency “do as much as you can in the evenings” plan, which will result in something not being done or getting missed!
Anyway, it’s Monday and it will be the usual flat out busy at work… so I will be off and leave you with a vision of my lovely Duncan the Disorderly and his frined the race car to gaze at……
